Refund & Cancellation Policy
The short version: once we start work, the fee is not refundable. This page sets out exactly when that point is reached, and the three situations in which money does come back.

1. Scope
This policy applies to services and digital products purchased from AdOrbit360 Private Limited through this website or under a quotation we have issued — website development, Google Business Profile setup, video editing and drone shoots.
Subscriptions to Fluence360 are billed and refunded under the terms published at fluence360.com, not under this policy.
Where a signed engagement agreement sets out different refund terms, that agreement prevails over this page for that engagement.
2. The position, stated plainly
Once work on an engagement has started, the fee for it is not refundable. Not in part, and not pro rata.
We are a services business. What you are paying for is our time and the work we produce with it, and both are spent the moment we begin — a designed page, an edited cut or a reserved shoot date cannot be returned to us and resold. We would rather say this clearly before you pay than argue about it afterwards.
We state this in the quotation as well, so nobody agrees to an engagement without having seen it. If you are not comfortable with it, please say so before confirming — that is exactly the right time to raise it.
When work is treated as having started
- For website development, Google Business Profile setup and video editing: when we begin work on the first deliverable in the agreed scope. We confirm this in writing, so the date is not a matter of opinion.
- For drone shoots: when the shoot date is reserved. Holding a date means turning other work away for it, so the reservation itself is the commitment — not the flight.
- For a retainer: at the start of each billing month for which work is performed.
3. When money does come back
There are three situations, and they apply regardless of anything above.
You cancel before we have started
If you confirm an engagement, pay an advance, and then cancel before we have begun work on it, the advance is refunded in full. There is no cancellation fee and no deduction.
We cancel, or we cannot deliver
If we cancel an engagement ourselves, or we are unable to deliver what was agreed, you get a full refund of everything paid for the part not delivered. This includes a drone shoot that cannot go ahead because of weather, airspace restrictions or a permission that is refused — in that case you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
Duplicate or erroneous payment
If you are charged twice, or charged an amount other than the one on your invoice, the difference is refunded in full as soon as we are aware of it. This is not conditional on anything, and it applies whether or not work has started.
4. What is not refundable
- Work already delivered. A live website, edited video files, a verified Google Business Profile, shot footage — the fee for it stands, whether or not you go on to use it.
- Work in progress. Once work has started, the fee for that engagement is not refundable even if nothing has been handed over yet.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — domain registrations, hosting, licensed music and stock assets, paid platform fees, and permissions obtained for a shoot. These are paid to third parties who do not refund them to us. They are itemised on your quotation before they are incurred.
- A shoot that could not go ahead because of you — cancellation on the day, non-availability, or site access not being provided. The date was held and other work turned away for it.
- Retainer fees for a month in which work was performed, including where you chose not to use the full scope available to you that month.
- Fees where we terminated the engagement because of a breach of our Terms of Use or of the engagement agreement.
5. If you are not happy with what we delivered
That is not a refund question, and please do not treat it as one. If a deliverable does not match the scope we agreed, tell us and we will fix it under the revision rounds included in your quotation, at no additional cost. Getting the work right is the outcome we both want.
Where we genuinely cannot bring a deliverable in line with the agreed scope, that falls under "we cannot deliver" in section 3 and the fee for that deliverable is refunded.
A change of mind about scope that was agreed and then correctly delivered is not grounds for a refund. We will always discuss it, and we will quote the new work.
6. How to cancel
Email support@adorbit360.com from the address associated with the engagement, quoting your invoice or quotation number. Cancellation takes effect from the time we receive that email, and we acknowledge every request in writing.
Please cancel in writing rather than only by phone. Because the cut-off here is the moment work starts, both sides need a dated record of when you asked to stop — a call leaves neither of us with one.
7. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. We cannot refund to a different account, card or instrument — that is a requirement of the payment networks, not a policy of ours. Where the original method is no longer available, we will contact you to agree an alternative and may ask for evidence that the account belongs to you.
We do not charge any processing or cancellation fee on a refund.
8. Timeline
- We acknowledge your cancellation or refund request within 7 business days of receiving it.
- We confirm in writing whether a refund is due under section 3, and if so the amount, so you can see how it was arrived at.
- Where a refund is due, we initiate it within 7 business days of that confirmation.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to post the credit — typically a further 5 to 7 business days, over which we have no control. We give you the refund reference so you can trace it with them.
9. If you disagree with our decision
Escalate it to grievance@adorbit360.com. Escalations are reviewed by someone who was not part of the original decision, and we respond within 7 business days.
If the matter remains unresolved, it is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, as set out in our Terms of Use.
