1. Who we are
This website, https://adorbit360.com, is operated by AdOrbit360 Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India under Corporate Identity Number U73100UP2025PTC237105, with its registered office at House no-14A, K-375, Siyaram Vihar, Takrohi, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016, India .
For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), AdOrbit360 Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data described in this policy, and you are the Data Principal.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers only this website. Our product Fluence360 is operated at fluence360.com and has its own privacy policy governing data collected there. If you are a Fluence360 user, that policy applies to your use of that platform.
3. What we collect
We collect personal data from one place on this site: the enquiry form on our contact page. When you submit that form we receive:
- Your name, so we know who we are replying to.
- Your email address, which is how we reply.
- Your phone number, so we can call you if that is quicker than writing.
- The subject and message you write.
- The IP address the submission came from, recorded with the message. We use it only to identify and block automated abuse of the form.
We do not ask for, and this website has no facility to collect, any of the categories of data that would require additional safeguards — no financial or payment details, no government identifiers, no health information, and no data relating to children. Please do not include such information in the message field.
Data we do not collect
This site runs no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no social media embeds, no chat widgets and no third-party fonts. There is no account system and no newsletter sign-up. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other sites.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use the data you submit for one purpose: to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep a record of that correspondence. Under section 6 of the DPDP Act our processing is based on the consent you give by voluntarily submitting the form for that stated purpose.
We do not use your data to send you marketing you did not ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not build a profile of you.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise make personal data available to third parties for their own purposes. Ever, and for any price.
Your enquiry is delivered to our own mailbox by our email provider, and our website is hosted on infrastructure operated by a hosting provider. Both act as Data Processors on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver and store the message. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid order from a court or a competent authority — and we will limit any such disclosure to what is actually required.
6. Where it is stored, and for how long
Enquiries are stored in our email system. This website itself keeps no database and stores no copy of your submission.
We retain enquiry correspondence for 24 months from our last exchange with you, after which it is deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the related correspondence is retained for as long as we are required to keep records of that engagement under Indian tax and company law, and is then deleted.
7. Cookies
This website sets only essential cookies. There are no analytics, advertising, profiling or third-party cookies of any kind, and consequently there is no cookie consent banner to click through.
The cookies this site does set are:
- A session cookie, which lets the contact form work across the submit-and-reload cycle so that your input is not lost if something needs correcting.
- A CSRF token cookie, which protects the form against cross-site request forgery — that is, against another site submitting the form in your name.
Both are strictly necessary for the site to function, are removed when your browser session ends or shortly after, and carry nothing that identifies you personally.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is restricted to the people who need it to do their job. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the limited nature of the data involved.
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected Data Principal, as required by section 8(6) of the DPDP Act.
9. Your rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
- Correction and completion — have inaccurate or misleading data corrected, and incomplete data completed.
- Erasure — have your data deleted, where we are not required to keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw the consent you gave, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
- Grievance redressal — a readily available means of raising a complaint with us, set out in the next section.
- Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these, write to grievance@adorbit360.com from the email address you used to contact us. There is no charge.
